Krazz: Could this have have something to do with the lights? It is glowing.

Drango: Did you touch it?

Krazz: I, I, I don't think so. I thought about it, but, no, I'm sure I didn't.

Drango: I think it is just art. The glow is because the lights are on.

Krazz: What did cause it?

Drango: Something bigger that this. Its like power was restored to the entire city.

Voice: Helloooo...

Drango: What was that?

Krazz: Someone said hello. Who?

Voice: I said hello!
