| Our Thanksgiving feast this year was a Turducken. What is a Turducken? Well you start with a de-boned turkey and stuff it with a de-boned duck which is stuffed with a de-boned chicken with stuffing between each, then sewn shut. Slow roasted, it was DELICIOUS! In these pix we see the Turducken being prepared and the proud cooks. I didn't do the cooking but I did cheer them on; and of course enjoyed the results! |
