On a cruise ship the Captain is ultimately responsible for all aspects of the ship. The Hotel Manager has responsibility for the passengers' enjoyment on the cruise. On these pages I will visit with the Captain. Then I will look at four areas under the direction of the Hotel Manager. I thank Captain Drydal, Doug Hernandez, and NCL for their assistance in making this documentary possible.

One of the things that impressed me on the Norwegian Wind was the number of nationalities that were represented. People from all over the world worked together as a team. It is a lesson we can all learn from.
